Are you looking for a dog who doesn't need the finer things in life and just aims to please? If so, Atticus is your guy! Atticus took his freedom ride to Omaha from Tennessee after spending a year and a half in the shelter and has been a joy since he arrived. He has yet to meet a dog he doesn't like and, like most dogs, loves squeaky toys. He is a velcro dog and will follow you wherever you go. One of his favorite hobbies is napping, but not sure how he doesn't wake himself up with his snoring! This super sweet boy is still learning his size, so older kids would be recommended, but he does well with all ages he's met. We strongly advise doing a decompression period with him as he does get overwhelmed with excitement when around new dogs for too long. Once he settles in he is perfect!

Atticus has gone through heartworm treatment and is doing fantastic. His recovery period is over so he has no medical restrictions any more.
