Meet our incredibly handsome boy, Atlas. Atlas is a 10 month old mixed breed pup with the BEST pointy ears and a heart of gold. He currently weighs around 45 pounds and will likely be a large-sized dog once fully grown!
Atlas is not just a pretty face—he's a loyal and loving pup who thrives on the affection of his person/people. Don't let his serious face fool you - Atlas is the kind of dog that will melt into your lap for cuddles and give you those big puppy eyes that make your heart swoon. Much like all of his siblings, Atlas has a very calm demeanor, which makes him perfect for a family looking for a balanced companion who enjoys both playtime and relaxation.
Atlas has previously lived with three other canine foster siblings, two feline foster siblings, and two young children. Although he does particularly well with other canines his size, he would live comfortably, too, as an only child! A canine sibling would be fun for him, too! He loves to romp around the yard with his foster brother - and curl up on the couch with him, too! When meeting new pups, it is important a slow and proper introduction is conducted. Atlas can be nervous when meeting new pups, but slowly warms up if given the proper opportunity.
Atlas is a very smart and is very eager to please.
