Meet Atlas

Atlas is a super sweet young dog! He's a 2-year-old 35lb American Blue Heeler mix. He's very active and playful, and we recommend no young kids due to his activity level. He's dog friendly and has a huge heart he's wanting to share with a forever human! We always recommend a dog meet and greet with any canines you already own just to ensure it's a good fit. He would prefer no cats in his future household. Atlas is known as a sweetie pie, and he'd love the chance to show you!

At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, our goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle. All of our animals are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, given flea/tick prevention, and dewormer.
