Astraea don't let her size fool you - she may be the runt of the litter, but she's all heart and laid-back charm. At 25 pounds and 4 months old, she's already a pro at snuggles, staying calm in new situations, and quietly stealing your heart.

If you're looking for a sweet shadow to follow you around and nap beside you, Astraea is your girl. Her mom is a 100 pound Rottweiler and dad is unknown, we do not think she'll get as big as mama.IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.
