Astra Boxer Springfield, MO

I was named after the Greek word for "star" or the Norse word meaning "divine strength" and I think these words describe me very well! My name is Astra and I am a 40 pound, deaf 3 year old boxer mix. I am going to shine like a star and it will be impossible for you not to fall in love with me. Currently, I am doing well in house breaking and crate training. The leash is still a mystery to me! I am also learning hand signal commands like "sit" and "lay down". I love attention and can be a little demanding of it! A girl wants what a girl wants though although I know I need to learn to be patient. I do have very sensitive skin and my adopter will need to learn how to best care for me. My ideal home would be moderately active but also very loving. It would be best if I was able to burn off some of my energy by through daily exercise. I get along with dogs my own size and kids, but not cats. A home with a fenced yard would suit be best. Follow your star!

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
