Aspen Maltese Port Townsend, WA

Hi, my name is Aspen! I am approximately 7 years old. I came to the shelter when my owner could no longer care for me. I'm a little boy who weighs approximately 10 lbs.

I'm a sweet, loving little boy who is longing for a quiet household and a lap to sit in. I have lived with other small dogs. I'm seeking a home with no children under 10. I have a slight underbite you can see in my pictures. Being a small boy, and one with an underbite, dental care is important for me! I arrived badly in need of a dental, and I went to the vet for this on 4/17. I had several teeth that were bad and needed extracting, including all of my underbite teeth! I am on a soft food only diet while my mouth heals.

I'm a maltese whose hair is fine and grows and grows. I will need regular grooming/haircuts as well as brushing - as you can see, I was groomed after I got here (thank you Miya at The Art of Fur!).

I am up to date on my DAPP and rabies vaccines and micro-chipped too!
