Ashley Kash is a Treeing Walker Coonhound. She is 3 years old and weighs 67 pounds.

Ashley Kash was found as a stray dog . She is very social- LOVES to be with people. She is sweet, friendly, gets along with other dogs. She loves to go for walks, rides in the car and sleep in bed with her foster mom. Ashley Kash is a typical hound- nose to the ground when she gets on the trail of a scent. Her beautiful long ears get wet when she drinks out of the bowl, Ashley is crate trained, housebroken. She has not been cat tested. She has had a litter of puppies.

Ashley is looking for a home with an active family that will give her lots of outdoor time. A tall stockade fenced yard. where she can run and play safely is a plus, otherwise she needs on-leash exercise. She can go over a 4 foot chainlink fence, which she has done to get to her family who was on the other side. She would do best with an active family that will take her for walks or hikes, invest time in training and playing with her, and give her lots of love and attention.

Ashley is is not suited for apartment or city living. She would do best with children 5 and older.

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
