This handsome boy is Asher! He is a two-year-old mixed breed that is 58 lbs of pure happiness. If you can’t tell from the photos, this guy has a sweet and fun spirit! Asher is full of love— he is friendly with people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He’s initially a little shy to new people but it doesn’t take long for him to adjust and start trying to get you to play fetch with him. He will lean in for pets and give kisses to his human friends, and will play bow to get other pups attention. He is a well-mannered boy that politely waits to be leashed, though he is still working on tapering that excitement on walks. He’ll pull if you let him, but he is easily corrected. Asher is a gentleman in the house and is the perfect medium-energy guy that loves fetch and walks but also loves chilling on the couch with his people. Asher is great at matching the energy of his environment. He is playful outside and when appropriate but also knows when it's time to relax. He has mastered his basic commands and is food-motivated and eager to please. With a little structure and consistency, he’ll be a champ! Asher will thrive in a home with a yard and he would love a sibling to keep him company, if that’s an option. He will be an amazing addition to any family.
