Arya is a 5 year old, German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix. She’s got a mostly black coat with brown paws, belly, eyebrows and floppy folded ears. She has a big, spotted tongue to smother you with kisses! Arya has the energy of a puppy, she’s very happy and excited to do just about anything. She loves going on hikes, chasing lizards, and jumping into piles of snow. When she’s not the life of the party, she’s the biggest teddy bear. She’ll lay on the couch and watch movies with you, or curl up at your feet in bed. While she loves small dogs, post lockdown, she’s protective around other large dogs so she will need a slower adjustment period with them. Her owner has hit some hard times and she has not had the most stable life thus far. We’d be overjoyed to give her the opportunity for a safe and happy “fur”ever home!
