I’m Arty — a goofy, lovable 5-year-old, 70-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix (emphasis on mix, because I’m a one-of-a-kind masterpiece). I’ve been neutered, so no surprise puppies here, just surprise snuggles!
Now, I’ll admit... I can be a teensy bit shy when meeting new people or exploring new places. But once I warm up? Oh boy, get ready for a full-blown kiss attack and world-class cuddle sessions. Seriously, I’m a champion snuggler — I even have a gold medal in it (okay, it’s imaginary, but still counts).
Tiny tots (like toddlers and babies) kind of confuse me with all their tiny-human energy, so I’d feel most comfy in a home with older kids, teens, or just grown-ups who get my vibe.
I’m a super social dude and would love a doggy sibling who’s down for some rough-and-tumble playtime. I’ve hung out with puppies, kittens, cats, and dogs of all sizes — I’m basically the mayor of Pet Town. I might chase a cat now and then (they’re just so speedy and fun!), but I promise, it’s all in good fun. I’m a gentle goof, not a fighter.
Potty trained? Check. Crate trained? Double check. I even know how to sit like a proper gentleman! That “shake” command still throws me for a loop, but hey — I’ve got charm, and that’s way better, right?
