Meet Arthur
Meet Arthur! He is a Chihuahua boy that was an owner surrender.
Arthur is 3 years old. and now weighs 9 lbs, ( he was a little chubby and used to weigh almost 12 lbs.)
Arthur is quiet as a mouse! He is a little shy at the beginning until he gets to know you. He will follow you everywhere. Loves to cuddle and just be with you. He is a VERY laid back dog and does NOT bark at all, which is unusual for a Chihuahua.
Since Arthur was not properly socialized, he is very skittish at first. He does get along with other dogs. Actually he just ignores them completely. He just now will start to flirt with other small dogs and start to play, so he does have it in him if given time and a chance.
The perfect home for Arthur is one where the owner is there all the time since he loves humans. He is crate trained but somehow not fully potty trained. He seems to mark out of anxiety, so he wears a diaper inside the house,
