Aro is a 4 yr old husky. His vet care is completed and he does well with dogs of all sizes and cats. He weighs in at 61 lbs.
Are you looking for Smart? Agile? Friendly? Well, then Aro's your boy! Aro is completely housetrained and wonderful with our other dogs. For now he's afraid of our cats, but he may eventually see cats as friendly playmates with a sting (Aka claws hahaha)! He's not huge on actual snuggling... but then... he's all husky!! It took him all of 1 minute to figure out the dog door...on his own! He likes to sleep on a couch, and sometimes on a dog bed. He sees strange dogs as new friends...a bonus! Aro definitely requires a 6' fence, will benefit from a buddy, and needs an active family. We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.
