What is Westie and Scottie Rescue Houston’s adoption process?

ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN PRIVATE HOMES so there is no facility at which to meet the dogs prior to application approval. Approved adopters only will be invited to meet the dogs. Please click this link which contains more information on our adoption process and the online application: www.wsrh.com/adoption Before adoption, our dogs are vaccinated, tested for heartworms, neutered or spayed, and microchipped. Their adoption includes six months' heartworm preventive medication, free microchip registration, and a safety harness. If you have other questions for WSRH, please keep in mind that we are an all-volunteer organization and dedicate all available resources to the care of our dogs.
