Arden's Story

Available: Now
Born: Mar 16/2025
Size: Large (65-80lbs)
Energy: Moderate
Gender: Female
Breed: Lab/Rottweiler X
Notes: Joyous and Loving

Adoption fee: $400 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt )

The Braves litter came to us with an eagerness to learn and are each blossoming into wonderful companions. All three are working hard on their training, building confidence every day, and are ready to bring sweetness, love, and a little bit of their own charm into their future homes.

Arden is a cuddly, playful, happy girl with a big heart and the cutest nub wiggles you’ve ever seen. She’s fully house trained, working daily on her leash manners, and learning that her kennel is a safe place, especially at night, when she sleeps soundly with her comfy crate mat. She loves playing with other dogs and brings a goofy flair to everything she does, including dramatic flops onto the ground to playfully nibble at feet. With proper introductions and boundaries, she’ll thrive with dogs, cats, or kids, and she can’t wait to find a family who will help her keep learning and growing.

She’s motivated by hot dogs, those magical snacks give her all the bravery she needs for walk practice! Arden loves morning cuddle sessions, melts for belly rubs, and is an all-star for nail trims (snacks in bed are the key). Daytime kennel practice is still in progress, but she’s learning that her people always return. After play sessions with her foster brother, she happily settles for a nap on the biggest, softest dog bed in the house.

Sweet, gentle, and endlessly endearing. Arden is a joyful companion ready to brighten someone’s world.

PLEASE NOTE: To meet our adoptable dogs, please fill out an adoption application. We don't have a public shelter, so this is the first step to meeting your new furry friend!
