Meet Archie
Archie is around 5 years old, lived with children and doesn't mind female dogs. Was previously in home with another small female dog.
He is a very loving boy when he opens up to you.. Archie does know basic commands like sit, stay, leave it, come shake. He does react to other dogs (med/large) but with a redirection he is fine. He loves to cuddle, play ball, walking, eating, just being close to his family. Archie does have some anxiety. When gets nervous or worked up he will spin and bite at his tail so he will need a family aimed at helping him work through this (it is correctable!). Archie is very well behaved, housebroke and very good with kids. He loves play with them.
Archie does have a medical condition called perianal fistulas. This will be a life long condition that will require daily medication. It is nothing that will hinder his quality of life, he's just a regular dog who loves to play ball!

All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing, and preventative treatment, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days, prior to finalizing the adoption. We reserve the right to not adopt to homes with children under the age of 7 years old. We also offer free beginner obedience classes (in Green Bay, WI) for any dog adopted from us.
We always recommend crate training, exercise, playtime and a regular schedule for potty breaks when bringing a new dog into your home. Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient.
