Apolla Shepherd & Mountain Cur Mix Carrollton, GA

Apolla is an almost 2 year old Shepherd/Cur mix who came to us with her 'sister', Artemis! Apolla is very sweet, affectionate, playful, and energetic! Apolla is the more alpha of the two sisters, leading the way and taking charge of most of the situations. Apolla would love a big yard where she can run around in! Apolla does not seem to be good with cats or small animals, due to her high prey drive, but we are unsure on how she does with other dogs. Apolla does love being with Artemis, and they would probably be very happy in a home together, but we do not require them to go home together. Apolla will need an active home and a place to stretch her legs. She is very intelligent and follows verbal commands very well once she trusts you.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
