Apex is a 2 yr old, 81 lb, (best guess) Rottie/dobie mixed boy. He will be neutered prior to completion of his adoption and all other vet care has been completed.

Apex walks well on leash, is house-trained and does well with dogs of all sizes although would like to chase cats. He is an amazing companion who loves people and is very responsive. You really need to meet this boy to understand why his foster is so impressed with him. If you are considering adding a larger young dog to you home, Apex may be the one for you.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
