Annie's Story
Annie is an adorable pint-size 2 year old, 7lb Chihuahua mix. After giving birth in the shelter & having cherry eye surgery, it’s her time to be a spirited young pup. She’s a sweet love bug who wants to be close to you. She’ll follow you around & jump up at you for attention. Though she’s shy at first, she quickly blossoms into the most affectionate snugglebug once she feels comfortable. She’s a funny little girl who will playfully nibble on your fingers. She is an energetically playful pup who enjoys running & playing with other dogs her size, she’d love to have her own doggy companion. She is dog door potty training, she loves having the access to go outside on her own to sun bathe. She rides great in a doggy car seat. She walks well on a leash. She would do best with kids that won’t scare her & have experience being gentle with small pets, especially careful with a pup that may jump out of their arms. She likes to sleep with other pups & her people. She does not live with cats, her experience with them is unknown but she is expected to be fine. She’s available for adoption with another Underdog foster dog that she has become buddies with for a family without a 2nd dog or is looking for a pair. She is looking for a loving family that has the time to be attentive to her needs. An after adoption plan will need to be in place that is specific to nurturing her needs for there to be a successful transition. Her new family will need to be committed to providing mental & physical stimulation, socialization & structured training.

First Step Is To Apply Now
[Apply Now](http://form.jotform.com/underdogca/dog-adoption-application)
For application updates, forwarding requests, or any questions, contact us at adopt@underdogca.com.
