Annie's Story

Annie is an adorable 4-5 month old puppy. She is a tiny girl at just 5 pounds and is not expected to get much bigger. She loves to snuggle and chew on her bone. She also enjoys romping around the yard and fetching her toys. Annie currently lives with a cat and another small dog in her foster home. Though she co-exists with them, she does frequently bark at and chase them.

Annie has two distinct physical characteristics—a front leg that is permanently bent and a back leg that is permanently extended. These appear to be congenital conditions, and she has adapted to live a very happy, bouncy life. Since leash walks are not ideal for her, having a fenced yard would give her the most freedom to exercise and explore safely. She doesn’t mind to be carried around in a bag either—princess treatment for this little lady!

Annie is microchipped, spayed and up to date on vaccines and prevention. She can’t wait to meet you! Her adoption fee is $500. Please use this link for the application to be approved to meet her: https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=SGVJMGQY
