Annie Cattle Dog & Terrier Mix Unionville, CT

Adorable Annie is looking for an active forever family who will take her on daily walks and include her in fun family activities. She weighs 45 pounds, and at about a year old, we think she’s finished growing. Annie is doing great with a steady routine at her foster home. Annie was found stray and didn’t seem to have had any training whatsoever, but she’s super smart and eager to please, so she learns quickly.
Annie’s foster momma says “When we went on an outing to Tractor Supply she was a social butterfly and loved everyone she met. She had a great time picking out toys and balls, and she’s a terrific little car passenger… she is also hilarious - if a leaf falls out of a tree, she takes off trying to catch it, and she wishes she could catch squirrels too. She would love a fenced yard to run around in, and she plays well with other dogs. She didn’t know how to walk on a leash when she came to us, but she got the hang of it quickly and is a very good student. When the dogs are out in the yard playing, I just whistle and she comes flying!”
