Angela is Pit Bull Terrier mix. She's 2 years old and weighs 39lbs.

Angela came from Memphis Animal Services as a medical transfer. She had been hit by a car and had radial nerve damage from a fractured shoulder and elbow. There was no way to save her leg but she doesn't let being a tripod slow her down!

Angela is the bomb! She's super friendly and loves everyone! She enjoys hugs and giving out lots of kisses. (We call that "giving sugar" in the south). She thinks she's a lap dog and loves to cuddle! She's social and enjoys making new friends. She is very agile. She can run zoomies and chase her friends when playing outside. She gives the 4 legged pooches a run for their money! She loves other dogs and enjoys play time. Angela has done well with the children she has met (school age and up). She's rides decent in the car and is eager to "go" on all sorts of adventures. We are working on leash manners. With some practice we are confident she'll master this skill. Leash walking isn't something she does every day because she's in a home with a fenced in yard. She's crate trained and does well in the house when supervised. She's used to being in her crate when no one's home and we recommend her adopters continue this routine. It will make the transition easier for her if she's on a familiar schedule. She has not been around cats.

Angela is up to date on core vaccines, has been tested for heartworms, is spayed, microchipped and on monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention.

Angela's adoption fee is $250.
