Angel Mixed Breed Verona, NJ

Angel was rescued from a shelter in Louisiana where she was pregnant, alone, and surely would have been euthanized. We knew we had to step in! 8 puppies later, theyre all healthy and found their various forever homes. Now it's Angel's turn! She's got her lean figure back, and is ready for a new chapter.

Angel is a sweet girl who likes a calm environment, and greets most with a waggy tail, and a belly to rub! Angel seems to be skittish of men so she will bark at them; however, as they say, it's all bark and no bite!! She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body!! She is actually being foster by a man so she absolutely does warm up to the guys - she just needs a little time and love. Angel just wants to be with her people or her dog siblings/friends. She loves her chewy toys, but knows the difference between a toy and a shoe or the furniture, which is important! Foster has a fenced in yard, and she loves to be out playing with her foster siblings. She does go on walks but can pull sometimes. Mostly she will walk by your side but if she sees something she wants she could pull so she needs someone that can handle her size on a leash. She is really NOT a velcro dog, and is generally not clingy and can entertain herself.

She likes to learn and has quickly picked up stop, sit, no, and stay. She's a good looking gal and she knows it - she loves to admire her good looks in the mirror! Belly rubs are her favorite thing in the world though, followed closely by giving kisses.

Angel sleeps in the living room with the fosters' other dog, or in bed. She is a young dog, and has good energy - she needs a family who will keep her exercised. A fenced in yard is a nice to have but not required. She likes to learn and has quickly picked up stop, sit, no, and stay. She's a good looking gal and she knows it - she loves to admire her good looks in the mirror! Belly rubs are her favorite thing in the world though, follow closely by giving kisses to one and all!
