Angel Pit Bull Terrier Mix Sacramento, CA

We rescued Angel baby from the shelter 4 months ago. This is why we do what we do! For these precious faces! I took a chance on her when the shelter reached out to us to help her. Angel was one of the lucky ones out of the bunch we took in at the end of the year. This poor girl was treated like trash! She was neglected, abused, skinny, malnourished, and used for breeding. She had puppies recently which unfortunately all ended up dying. If you look at the pictures you can see what condition she was in and how she came to us. Just breaks your heart! Her skin was a mess and her eyes were so shut down. She had a huge gash on her head. Her boobs were still big full of milk. She had cuts, bites, scars, and sores all over her. I can’t imagine the previous life she had. Humans did this to her!

I have been fostering Angel for 4 months now and I’m finally getting to know her personality. Her eyes have life now! She is absolutely precious and so sweet! Angel doesn’t let her past get in her way! She’s full of confidence and so loving with people! Her skin has healed up and she has gained weight! She is actually a healthy dog now! Angel has gotten along with every dog I’ve had her around. She has acclimated with my pack so good. She listens well and perfectly crate trained. Every day we are working with her and getting her ready for a bright future.

Angel is a 4 year old pit bull mix with cropped ears. She’s around 60ish lbs now that she’s gained weight. Angel would benefit in a active home with other dogs. No cats.
