Update: See Andy's new pic. He was groomed again and just neutered. Doesn't he look fantastic! He really is a sweet boy, but still something about his face being groomed he still not comfortable with. But boy has he come a long way. Andy was being turned into Animal Services. Animal Services called ARL to see if we could take him. It's hard to describe but this boy was a mess. He was filthy and never been groomed. He was so scared and was not happy about being touched. That is why he is shaved right now, it was so bad. When his new hair grows in, the hair under his eyes should look so much better. It might take a while to gain your trust to groom him again, but we are betting with a loving forever family it will happen. He obviously feels so much better, he is such a happy and friendly boy who so deserves a new start on life. He is about a year old.
