Anastasia is a 2 year old, shepherd mix, weighs ~42 pounds.

Anastasia came into rescue, after being abandoned by her previous owner. Shortly after coming into rescue she gave birth to 9 beautiful puppies, who have all been adopted. Now it's Anastasia's turn. Anastasia is a sweet, loving dog. She loves to play with the other dogs, toys and running around outside. She's still a young dog, with high energy. Her foster mom says "Anastasia is incredibly sweet and loving. I adore her and I could never say enough amazing things about Anna. She loves long walks, cuddling on the couch and lots of belly rubs. Once you look into those big beautiful eyes you are sure to fall head over heels in love." Anastasia is looking for a home with an active family that will play with her, take her for walks, continue with her training and make her part of their family

Anastasia is currently in a foster home in the South, so not available to meet in person. Approved applicants can contact her foster mom to learn more about her.

Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up. If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on our rescue's name in this posting (Forever Home Rescue New England--in purple) which will bring you to a new page with the deposit link at the bottom. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
