Aloe Terrier Mix Cumming, GA

She's the leader of the pack - say "hello" to Aloe, protector and cuddler extraordinaire! At 2 years old and about 40 lbs, this Terrier mix is a special girl ready to devote herself entirely to the perfect forever family. Aloe was rescued from a hoarding situation, and needs another dog in the home so she feels comfortable while her humans are away. A natural protector, she's been a fabulous mentor to a puppy she's currently sharing her foster home with. Aloe would love a fenced-in yard so she can show you her abundant zoomies; similarly, a suburban setting would be best for Aloe, who gets stressed in loud city environments. At the end of the day, Aloe loves to show her humans her softer side, curled up on the couch with her head in their lap. Aloe is crate trained, potty trained, and knows all basic commands - the girl's got skills! She is also microchipped, spayed, and fully vaccinated.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
