Meet Allie
Allie is a pretty girl who is nervous at first, but warms up quickly. Once she is comfortable, she is very affectionate and wants to be a lap dog. .
Allie had a rough beginning as she was shipped from the South when she was only 8 weeks old. Her family was forced to surrender her, so she came to the shelter. Allie has learned to trust people again and loves to run in the yard and play ball. She has wonderful leash manners but especially loves to cuddle with her human.
Allie needs an owner that understands her quirky antics and is willing to continue her training. She can live with cats, and even though she can walk by other dogs, she would prefer a home without other dogs. Her owner will get a fun loving, affectionate companion.
The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
