Meet Alice! Alice is approximately 3.5 years old and what we think to be a Boxer mix. She’s just 60 lbs of pure love! Her four babies have already found their forever homes, now it is Alice’s turn to get hers. We are a firm believer that NO mother should ever be left behind after their puppies find homes. Many times it takes some TLC to get their weight on and for them to learn life without the constant cycle of puppies before rescue.  In Alice’s case she trusted us and loved her rescuers from day one! She allowed us to help her with puppies, as she was truly frail and rescued during some of the coldest temps we have had in the south to date. They were rescued from under an abandoned trailer house. When we say say she’s PERFECT, we mean to every single letter in that word when it comes to her. Alice has adapted to being a family dog with other dogs beautifully. She loves kids and anyone she meets. She’s learning the inside life and traveling to the shelter daily to help her foster mom is really a fun thing! She’s met so many dogs and people and has never missed a beat at showing them how great her rescuers are. Each of her puppies were born with her bobbed tail. She loves toys, walks great on her leash, deer antlers, treats, running and playing with kids and other dogs in the backyard and she’s always up to ride anywhere! Alice is now truly ready for her forever home!

Alice is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
