Meet Alfredo
Meet Alfredo!
Alfredo is a 4 month old 28 pound shepherd mix. Alfredo was found as a stray in Texas. He is a fearless boy who has never met a stranger. He is always up for an adventure with a wagging tail. He has lived with big dogs, small dogs, cats and kids of all ages. He does not always know how strong and playful he is and will knock down small children on accident. Due to this we are recommending he only be rehomed with older children. He also does chase the cats he lives with and with his more assertive play style he would need a lot of structure to be safe living with them. Alfredo takes correction well from his foster parents. When playing with new dogs he does jump right in and play hard. He does take direction from other dogs and adjusts to their play style. He has had minimal accidents with a bathroom schedule and is learning the crate is a safe area. He may bark a few times but settles into his crate quickly. Alfredo's ideal home would continue working on obedience training with structure. He would love active older children or other dogs to play with in his forever home. He is also hoping his new family takes him for lots of car rides and cuddles at the end of the day.
