United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. is a devoted 1 year old black male Chihuahua who was brought to Baldwin Park Care Center as a stray on August 25. Weighing 13 lbs, Alex is a cute little guy who is very affectionate. He loves to give kisses and get lots of attention in return. He enjoys being carried and is a perfect size to take with you around town. He has a kennel mate who he's very friendly with. Since he's not neutered, at adoption Alex will need a trust waiver that his new owner will take care of that if it hasn't been done yet. Also, sweet baby Alex has a skin condition, so he will need to be seen by an outside vet for further diagnosis and treatment and will need to be adopted on a health waiver, essentially saying you'll make sure he sees his doctor. Alex is looking for a loving human to support, care for, and nurse him back to health. We know he is a sweet, loving boy who is so full of love and light.
