Alex
8 week old GSD mix
Alex is a high energy love bug. She loves hanging out with her people and playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves to chew sticks, play chase, and tug with her sisters, her foster hoomans, and the foster dogs in the home. She gets the zoomies like no ones business and loves to chew and dig. She will require a home that is comfortable with her puppy training, and teaching her how to be a wonderful dog. She loves cookies, and has shown to be pretty quick to learn. Alex would love an active family that loves training! Bonus if you have another dog for her to play with.
The adoption fee is $600 and includes spay/neuter (dogs over 6 months), vaccines, heartworm test (dogs over 6 months), deworming, Flea and tick prevention and microchip. Please visit www.paws-united.com to fill out an application.
**For puppies under 6 months a $200 spay/neuter rebate will be given with proof of spay/neuter certificate signed by a vet, if they have not been done prior to adoption.**
**Please note we DO NOT adopt our dogs as outdoor/farm dogs. These dogs are coming to us as stray, roaming or dogs that have lived a life tied to a chain. Our goal is to bring them in the house off the chain and give them a pampered indoor dogs lifestyle. Unless otherwise stated we will not even consider a home that has intentions of leaving our dogs outdoors or tied to a chain**
***We do require every applicant to provide a vet reference and we do follow up with your vet. If you do not currently have a vet as you have no pets, we strongly encourage you to do your research and contact vets to make sure they are accepting new patients. You must have a vet in place before bringing a new dog home. You will be required to give your vet permission to release information to us, we also require two personal references as well that will be contacted. We have policy and procedure in place while screening homes. If a family refuses any step in the process they will not qualify for adoption. We are not currently doing adoptions across the boarder.***
