Meet Alaska
"Hi, I’m Alaska, a 2.5 year old, beautiful husky mix! I am a sweet, gentle lady looking for a home where I can get plenty of play time. I love to be outside in the yard, where I can soak in all the smells and check out the squirrels! Don’t worry, I know how to chill out when I need to. I need a fenced in yard since I love chasing squirrels so much, and I’m a blossoming escape artist.
Sometimes I sleep like an elegant Artic Fox...sometimes I don’t. I’m pretty quiet, and I usually only make noise when I really have something to say.
I like shoes, trash, paper, so you’ll need to keep me supplied with durable toys. If you leave home, I need to be in a crate, or I may get into mischief. I’m pretty good with being crated all night, but I’d be sad if I was left in a crate all day. Since I get a little excited sometimes when I’m playing, older kids may be best. I love chasing small animals, so no cats for me, but I love playing with other dogs and would benefit from another dog in the house.
Alaska weighs ~50 pounds, is UTD on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped!
