Meet Ace
Meet Ace at the West Valley Humane Society in Caldwell!
This is a courtesy post for him for the shelter.
Ace is a 2 year old, male, Staffordshire Terrier. Ace is a big kid at 60 pounds.
Ace arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender. Ace is house trained. He knows some commands such as "sit", "lay down" and "shake" with both paws. Ace needs more basic training which will help increase his confidence. His training should be all positive reinforcement! He lacks good dog manners, which training will correct. Ace is very exuberant and jumps up at your face. He plays with his mouth and barks for attention. His owner must be willing to work on these behaviors. Ace will require an indoor home with a securely fenced yard. He is much too active for small children that he will quickly bowl over! This guy loves to play!! He is smart! Training will be easy and rewarding.
