Meet Abraham
Abraham was rescued from euthanasia in South Texas. Black dogs are often the most overlooked, but Abraham got our attention as his tail never stopped wagging and wiggling.
He is a happy go lucky pocket pit mix about 1 year old! He loves being petted & is treat motivated. He is full of energy and is very curious in squeaky toys. Abraham only weighs in at 35lbs, but should probably weigh about 45lbs and we are working to get some more meat on his bones.
Abraham will make a great family addition and will do best in an active home with a yard where he can burn his puppy energy. Abraham is good with other dogs because of his easy going and playful personality. Abraham has not been around cats, but with the proper introduction, we believe Abraham will do well with kitty companions.
Abraham is up to date on all vaccinations and will be neutered in the next few weeks by the rescue.
Abraham is available for adoption or foster in NY, NJ, CT and surrounding areas.
