My name is Roscoe and I have a sad story. You see, my dad died suddenly and I was there when it happened. After he died I had to stay in my home by myself for a couple of days while they looked for a place for me to go. Don't worry though. I was well taken care of and my human brother came and played with me all the time but I was sad without my dad. I was a spoiled spoiled boy. We did everything together and it was him and I. I would love to have a home similar to that. I would do best as an only dog where I get all of the attention but I could possibly live with another laid back dog. I would just have to meet them and sniff them out. My new humans need to be home more than gone and I must have a fenced yard. I am doggie door trained too. I am 4 1/2 years old and weigh about 40lbs. My mom is a Blue Heeler but I get my black and tan color from my unknown dad.
