25-069 Hazel's Story
Meet Hazel! This beautiful 1 year old is just under 50 lbs. She is described by her foster mom as bouncy! She has a zest for life and is happy to be part of the family. She is dog, cat, kid and ALL people friendly! She is super loving and cuddly. She would make a great TV night buddy to snuggle up with on a cold winters night. Hazel would be a perfect addition to any family. She would do best in a home where someone is home more often than not. A fenced in back yard for her to wander and squirrel watch is also on Hazel's wish list.

To meet Hazel in person visit us at www.dsda.org/adopt and submit our online adoption application.

ADOPTION FEE Covers: Core vaccines plus Lepto and Flu, all boosters, microchip, dewormer until clear fecal test & spay or neuter when completed by a DSDA vet partner plus any necessary medical care. All dogs are on flea, tick and heartworm prevention and you receive the following month's preventatives complementary with your adoption!

* Adoption Fees:

Puppies (12 months and under) - $325

Dogs (over 12 months) - $275

Qualifications for Adoption: No dog is alike and each dog has different requirements based on breed, age, energy level and life experiences.
