Meet Woofer
Submit your application here: www.passportanimalrescue.org/app
Woofer is an 8yr old big boy. He is a nice guy and easy to work with. He was surrendered to us because he was scratching visitors to the home and the new baby. We believe this is because he has limited vision. He uses his big feet to "grab" at what he wants. And, while he does sometimes nibble, that usually happens when he thinks there's a treat involved. We have been training him using treats and "good boy" and he has made big improvements. We are looking for an experienced cat owner who has a stable quieter home environment and is willing to put the time in to continue working with him so he can be his best self and live his best life.
All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip.
We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.
