Meet Willie and Percy
WILLIE and PERCY were left behind to fend for themselves in the middle of no-where when their owners moved. They were in pretty bad shape by the time their Rescue Angel found them, but she took them in, provided them food and water and contacted a Kitty City volunteer for help.
For what these two boys have been through, they are the sweetest most loving kitties you will ever meet. These boys do not know a stranger. They want to be picked up and loved on immediately upon introduction. The boys are very respectful and well behaved but still love to play chase with each other and their toys. The vets think they are at least 8 years old, but you would never know it. They chase each other and wrestle around like kittens. They also hide from one another and then jump out and pounce on each other. Quite the little entertainers! Willie also plays with his toys by himself, and he will lay in his track toy with the ball and just politely hit it back and forth for minutes on end. So precious. The boys also love for their human to play with them with a wand toy or laser light.
Willie and Percy love each other very much and both boys also love humans. They get really excited when you have been gone for a while and then return. When Willie gets excited or wants something, he chirps loudly.
Willie and Percy are lap cats and will likely want to sleep with you once they are fully acclimated to their new home. They love to be petted and brushed and have their ears and tummy scratched. During the day, they lounge and hang out usually close to wherever you are. They also love to look out the windows and watch the birds and squirrels.
Willie and Percy are super sweet boys and will make great companions and lap kitties! They will do best as the only kitties in a quiet mature home or a home with older cat-friendly children (14 years or older). The boys have been around their foster Mom's older cat-friendly dog and are okay with her, but they have not been around young spunkier dogs, so not sure how that would go.
Willie was born approximately August 17, 2015, and Percy was born approximately September 12, 2017. They are altered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and flea and parasite treatments. They tested negative for feline leukemia virus (FeLeuk) and positive for FIV.
