Meet WILLIAM PUCK
FORT KENT, Maine - PAWS Animal Welfare Shelter presents WILLIAM PUCK.
Meet WILLIAM PUCK – A kitten that is an orange tabby in color. He is just over a year old. William Puck was socialized in a private home with his siblings for the first several months of his life as he had been trapped from a cat colony as a very young kitten. As a result, he is still working on getting used to humans and as we've seen with many other PAWS cats, with time and continued TLC we believe he will continue his excellent progress. William Puck is very cat-focused, rather than human-focused, and needs to go to a home with at least 1 other cat. He absolutely LOVES to play with any toy your offer to him! William Puck has already been neutered, and is up-to-date on his vaccinations.
If you would like to meet William Puck, or any of the other PAWS shelter felines, please feel free to stop in during our Open Hours (Tuesdays 1-3 p.m., and Saturdays 11- 1 p.m.)
PAWS is a nonprofit organization that rescues abandoned cats in the St. John Valley. Organization members believe most pets can be socialized and prefer not to release them back outdoors, as winters are harsh in Northern Maine. PAWS operates as a no-kill shelter. Their mission is to get owners to spay and/or neuter their animals to help cut down on the population and give all animals a better chance at a quality life. PAWS Animal Welfare, Inc. spays, neuters and vaccinates mature animals before they are placed out for adoption.
