Whisper is a gentle gray and white feline with a soft heart and a quiet soul. Completely deaf, she navigates the world with graceful intuition and expressive eyes that speak volumes. Her name suits her perfectly - a serene presence who brings calm to every room she enters. Despite her silent world, Whisper is deeply attuned to the people and animals around her, communicating through affectionate nudges and slow blinks. Whether basking in a sunbeam or curled up in a cozy corner, Whisper is a reminder that love and connection go far beyond sound.

Whisper came to us because her owner died -- and she and her brother were threatened with euthanasia because no one in their family wanted them... A little nervous until she trusts, but so very sweet. A chaos free home would serve her best as she can be easily startled. She is 6 years old and has a $100 adoption fee.

All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized.

Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
