Meet Watson

Watson is a 2-year old Siamese-mix who is on the case in his biggest mystery yet: “The Search for the Perfect Forever Home”.

Watson uses his astute powers of deduction to determine the best path to swat his favorite toy balls. These toy balls are clues to his whereabouts around the home, leaving toys for his favorite human clients to find. When not at play, Watson will take a stakeout of the neighborhood. He loves to look out the window to determine potential suspects. Anyone from the neighbor, to the bird, to a backyard squirrel cannot be discounted until his case is solved.

Watson can be discerning when it comes to the company he keeps. Upon first meeting, he will hang back to observe and make his notes, then once the humans are seated, he makes his introductions with a head butt and by seeking out head scratches. This gentleman is not big on public displays of affection such as cuddling, but will happily show his affection in more discreet ways such as following his family from room to room, sitting close by and showing his contentment with the revved up motor of a purr.

Watson does have some areas to watch so he can stay in tip-top shape. He has been diagnosed with a minor (grade one) heart murmur, which the vet believes is due to the stress of moving homes. This does not require any additional care at this time, but it is something to monitor in the future. He also has a history of gingivitis, which is easily prevented through oral health food ($17 for 3.5 pound bag).

Watson is currently without a furry flatmate, so we cannot deduce how he would get along with other cats or dogs. There are no leads as to how well he would do with young children.

Watson is a sweet and playful cat willing to follow every lead, draw upon any clue, and leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of a perfect forever home. He needs a family willing to step up and solve his mystery so he can find his perfect ending.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.

Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
