I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Adoption:24Floofy sibs Gogh and Warhol are growing up before our very eyes. When they first arrived in our care in mid-August, they were quite put out to have been brought from their comfy home to the shelter and let us know that they thought their new digs were below their high standards! These temperamental artists are still working on their manners; sometimes if we disturb their artistic flow they'll lash out with a little bit of grumbling or hissing.

But give them a gentle hello and a slow approach, and they'll soon be melting into love from human hands. They put on an aloof and fierce air, but we know they don't really mean it most of the time.

Gogh and Warhol would probably do best in a quiet home where they can decompress and get comfortable. Patient guardians willing to give them time to settle and build trust will be rewarded with loving companions in time.

Gogh and Warhol are part of a group of two kittens. Since they are both under six months, our kitten adoption policy applies and they must be adopted together.
