Meet Waffle and Mitchi
Meet Waffle (big boy) and Mitchi (small boy)
Waffle’s backstory ~ I found waffle when he was about 8 weeks old, and adopted him out in November 2021. Unfortunately, he was returned to me because he was being bullied by the other family cat so much that he was displaying behavioral issues and hiding all the time. He’s so nurturing and all he wants in life is another kitty friend, but every family I’ve tried adopting him out to has had no luck getting him associated with the other cats. Even the people who adopted his brother and sister said that they hissed and attacked him. He finally found a friend in Mitchi, and the two of them follow each other around the house 24/7. They bonded from the first night I brought Mitchi home. Previously, Waffle would sleep with us on the bed every night, but during Mitchi’s isolation phase, he would sleep right outside of the isolation container with Mitchi sleeping just on the other side of the clear plastic. ? Since then, Waffle has never been happier and the two have been inseparable.
