Meet Violet Crawley

Meet Violet Crawley! She and her sister Cora Crawley (yes sisters not in-laws sorry) would love to be adopted together but we can consider adopting them separately to the perfect families.

This Russian Blue mix kitten is so sweet and loves snuggles, shes less confident with people but she will warm up to you with time. She is a big explorer and LOVES toys!

Like her Downton Abbey namesake, Violet looks very regal with her fluffy grey fur. She hasnt met kids yet but as shes a young kitten we think shed be find with cat savvy kids.

This is what their foster mom has to say about Violet and her sister: sweetest, spunkiest, cuddliest, loudest purrers ever!! I call them my little dust bunnies because they get all the dog hair all over them regardless of how much I sweep/vacuum!! they have such huge personalities and wow do they chat! When theyre hungry, when they wanna play, when they want cuddles, when they want out of their room. Chatty Kathys! Violet likes to snuggle under my neck, such a cutie.

As she is a kitten her personality is still developing but she's ready to grow with a family and even better if she can grow up with her sister so she has a feline playmate for life.

Violet is FIV+ but don't be scared by that, FIV+ cats can live long healthy lives and their lifespan can be the same as a cat without FIV. Like all cats they just need their regular vet visits and as with all of our adoptable cats need to be strictly indoors.

However, they would always enjoy a catio and maybe even leash and harness training to enjoy your backyard.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties?

The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!

Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.

Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
