Sweet Velma was found as a stray and brought MLAR. This petite, gentle girl loves to be pet and enjoys sitting on your lap. It appears that she had a hard life prior to coming to the rescue - and yet, she is still a very friendly and affectionate. Velma is looking forward to a life of being loved and treasured.
