Vega Domestic Short Hair Roseville, MN

Vega came to Cause for Paws from a shelter in Iowa. She is around 1 1/2 years old. She became a surrogate mom for 3 little kittens. She loves humans, playing with her toys. All of Vega's kittens have been adopted and she is still looking for her forever home. Vega likes to play with the other cats in her foster home but can get a little rough. She may need to be the only cat or have a mild, laid back cat in her new home. Like a lot of young cats she doesn't like being held or on your lap for long periods. She does like to lay next to you on the couch instead of your lap. Vega can be vocal, not loud meows but soft 'mrrps'. She does not like being confined to one room unless you are in there with her. She prefers to be out and about in the house. She is good with her scratching post and using the litterbox.
