Meet Vandy
Vandy was rescued, along with his sister Vinca, from a life outside by a good Samaritan. He is such a cute boy who loves to play either by himself or with his person. He loves all kinds of toys. At adoptions he can be a little grumpy, which is a shame, because that is not his true personality. Because of his past it might take him a minute to get comfortable in a new home. Once he does though his family will be rewarded with a beautiful, sweet boy.
