Ursula Domestic Long Hair Oak Park, IL

Hi there! My name is Ursula and I’m about 4-5 years old. The vet wasn’t sure of my age because my Owners didn’t give much information. See, one day I was living in a home just minding my own business. You know, doing what cats do - just hanging around. Maybe I had a cat tree in that home but sadly, that home had a fire and we all had to leave. The family went somewhere and they couldn’t take me with so they took me to a shelter. Boy, talk about my world changing! One day my life is quiet and chill and then next - noise everywhere!
Thankfully I didn’t stay there very long. A TAR Angel saw me and said a shelter is no place for this pretty girl so now I am in a foster home where its so much quieter and guess what? I have a cat tree!
There is also a dog that lives here. I don’t mind him sniffing me and theres other cats. I might hiss at them but we just walk away. You know, cats minding their own business.
My foster Mom works from home and she’s got a knack with new kittys like me. See, she just lets us chill and occasionally give us a pet or try to hold us. I do head butt her for those ear scratches but her holding me it’s a short time ... unless it when she’s showing me where the food is. That I don’t mind the personal escort. See, I’m a bit chunky in the department of weight and it’s hard for me to jump up where the food is. Don’t worry I’m getting enough kitty food and I could stand to lose a couple pounds - don’t we all!
