-Can Live with Cats: I'm quite old and would enjoy being someone's only pet. I lived with cats in the past and tolerated them. I may be able to live with another mellow senior cat who will give me space.
-Can Live with Dogs: I'm quite old and would enjoy being someone's only pet. I lived with dogs in the past and tolerated them. I may be able to live with a mellow dog who will not chase me.
-Can Live with Kids: Yes, I have lived around kids my whole life and can go into a home with respectful, gentle kids of any age.
-Needs Indoor Only Home: YES - I am declawed and cannot defend myself from predators. I have lived indoors my whole life.
-History of Litter Box Issues: Yes, I occasionally missed the box in my last home. I have been using the litter box consistently here at the shelter.
-Energy Level: Low

-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: No - but please ask staff about my medical status.
Additional Information: Tweetie is a golden oldie, a senior cat with a ready purr who loves affection. Tweetie has lived seventeen long years and is looking for a home where he can comfortably spend the rest of his life. This charming old cat has some medical issues that come with age and while they are not currently impacting his quality of life, the presence of potential cardiac and/or kidney issues coupled with his venerable age mean that this should be considered a hospice adoption. Tweetie is looking for an adopter that knows connections don't have to be lengthy to be very special.
