About Tundra
Tundra was part of a TNR project we were working on. We found during her recovery time when she was spayed, she was a friendly kitty just scared and unsure of her surroundings. It is sad to think this sweet girl was abandoned and left to fend for herself. Tundra loves attention and enjoys to be petted. She does well being around other cats but of course proper introductions are always a must. Tundra will need time to accept and become familiar with changes around her. If you are interested in adopting or "fostering to adopt" this sweet girl and have the time to shower her with lots of love, contact us!

Please keep in mind the commitment when adopting a cat and or kitten(s) the the typical lifespan ranges somewhere between 13 and 17 years, according to the ASPCA. However, it isn't uncommon for indoor cats to live to at least 20+ years. If you are interested in meeting Tundra submit an application and a representative with Operation Hood will contact you to set up a time for a meet and greet. By submitting an application, it does not obligate you to adopt it simply allows us to get to know the potential adopter better.

By adopting a cat from Operation Hood, you will not only provide a cat a loving home, but will open up a space so we can bring in another cat who is in need of immediate care. All adoptions require the completion of an adoption application. Adoption fees are as follows:

Under 6 months – $150.00
6 months to 1 year – $100.00
Over 1 year – $75.00

All cats adopted through Operation Hood have been or will be (depending on age) spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and receive FeLV/FIV tests, rabies vaccination, de-wormer, and flea & tick treatment. No cats will be adopted out until they are deemed healthy by the vet.
